A trade mark is any sign, word or symbol, capable of being represented graphically that distinguishes the goods or services of one trader from those of another.
Names are the most common form of mark registered, but many other signs are also typically registered such as logos, or slogans. It is also possible to register musical jingles. Your trademark could also relate to the shape (for example, the coca cola bottle), or a form of packaging.
