Once you have received confirmation of the registration of your trade mark, the trade mark registration will continue for 10 years. At the end of the 10 years period renewal fees are due which will allow your registration to continue for another 10 years. Your trade mark registration will continue to be in force for as long as you keep paying the renewal fees.
However, you must use your registered trade mark within some or all of the classes you registered it in otherwise your registration is liable to be cancelled for non use.
