In order for your IP right to continue to be valid, after it has been registered or granted, it is necessary to pay renewal fees at various intervals.
The timings of these renewal fees vary between territories and for the rights themselves.
Monitoring IP renewal dates
It is important to be aware of when your IP renewals are due. In many cases, once the IP right has lapsed through non-payment of fees, there is no way to reinstate the right and your protection is lost.
Our approach
Our in-house renewals team actively monitor the status of your IP rights and send reminders prior to the renewal dates. This means you won’t need to worry about monitoring the renewal schedules yourself. You can rely on all relevant reminders coming directly from our team, and avoid the numerous IP renewal scams that operate.
Flexible fee structure
We offer very competitive rates for our services, and are happy to consider discounts for large volumes of work. We do not make a charge for taking over representation of existing applications.
In-house renewals
All our annuities and maintenance fees are processed by our in-house team allowing us to keep close control over all aspects of the renewals process and minimise your costs. Our dedicated, experienced, in-house renewals and formalities team offer a personal and cost-effective service for all your IP annuities, docketing and renewal payment requirements.
