Cyrillic Domain Names
As of the 12th May 2010, the first 2 Cyrillic domain names were launched. Surprisingly ahead of schedule the two names belonging to government bodies were launched without a hitch.
www.правительство.рф - the Government.rf
www.президент.рф - the President.rf
Where there's muck there's money - or is there?
For many years Germany has enjoyed a reputation for innovation and has produced a wide variety of products much sought after world-wide. This reputation for creativity has reached new heights thanks to inventors like Karl Friedrich Lenser. He decided to make some money out of his Jack Russell, Charlie, by turning his poop into jewellery! I'm not sure we want to know how the idea came about but, apparently, excrement becomes quite hard when micro-waved! I'd love to see the pitch to retailers.
